The practical difference is focus. GNM-X puts three extracts on the same switch: carnosic acid from rosemary binds KEAP1, the protein that holds Nrf2 back, and ginger's 6-shogaol and Sophora's luteolin release Nrf2 too. Together, in a 10:5:1 ratio, they activated Nrf2 in human liver cells (Hybertson et al., 2022, PMID 35252766). And with no caffeine, it fits in the evening as well as the morning.
